District Goals & Projects 2007-2008
Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers
dedicated to changing the world
one child and one community at a time.
2007-2008 Goals & FUN!
We will continue on with the great foundation set by Immediate Past Governor, Suzanne Lemak. Clearly we must never forget the C.A.T., Communication, Attitude and Teamwork.

We will also seek "Growth Through Service." As we increase our service hours in our communities, and as we promote what we are doing as Kiwanis activities, we will see Growth in membersip and expereince personal growth.

We will also continue with education on Diabetes. This time, Type II Diabetes, and Childhood Obesity, which is linked to Type II disease. Learn more about Type 1 Diabetes.

Here are the goals for divisions, clubs and individual members:
The goal of Kiwanis International is to reach 1,000,000 members by 2015. Why such a goal? Because it represents thousands and thousands of EXTRA HANDS in "Serving the Children of the World."
